About Us

           The BOZRAH started its base from the institution Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI College located at Nazareth.

           The institution has a Polytechnic as well as Engineering College.

           The College hostel was like a womb for our fellowship. Grass Root work was done in the Polytechnic Hostel by organizing a prayer cell that stood on knees in the gateway from 10 pm to 11 pm every day and in Engineering Hostel at around 8 pm.

           We also organized Sunday Worship service at 5:30 pm in the open ground.

            This made great revival among the students. Prayer Cell warrior’s were sincere and they were role model to others.

            AThough lot of changes in Hostel Locations and Management occurred, the Prayer Team stood against all situations by God’s Grace.

           This Hostel prayer fellowship spread out its network in various cities after graduation and this network of Prayer Cell has started a node called BOZRAH FRIENDS PRAYER FELLOWSHIP at St.Thomas Mount, Chennai in 2009.

           The Fellowship started reaching out to Village ministry and Church Ministry around Nazareth at 2007 – 2008. At December 2007 God motivated us to celebrate Christmas among Poor and Orphan Children’s. The same motivation was growing deeper and deeper till now. The Fellowship started increasing the Prayers exponentially at this stage through monthly fasting prayers and all night Prayers. Around this time God poured out his Spirit of Prayers among lot of Youths in our College. This grown in a right way where God guided and at 2014 through Bro.Christuraj the fellowship was named as BOZRAH. This fellowship was started with an intention to lead the youth from various destructive paths to the bright and Joyful Christian path. This fellowship is guided by a team of office bearers which also maintains the accounts.

The main objectives of the ministry are

    Enjoying the Presence of God and encouraging other friends on every second Sunday at Upper Prayer Hall Tambaram, Chennai.

    Gospel Work among Rural peoples.

The ministry also has a vision to extend its hands to charitable works such as

    1) Celebrating every Christmas with the poor and needy Children by providing them food, clothes and Gifts.

    2) Support for Building Church (Both Spiritually and Physically).

    3) Education of Missionaries Children.

    4) Conducting Prayer meeting and Fasting Prayers.

    5) Support the prayer Cell Leaders in our parent institution by.

    6) Training them.

    7) Giving Work plan and Schedule.
